STEPS

I usually start projects with a situation analysis in an initial preparatory meeting. Usually interviews are conducted with the members directly concerned. I work out a list of theses describing the initial situation.

This clear view on the status quo together with the project goals make up the fundament for the development concept, which outlines the architecture of the development process.

Workshops and team-coachings are arranged, planned, fitted with the final touch and finally realized sensibly.
Impulses and interventions are initiated in order to achieve the desired changes in everyday organisational life.

Individual coaching sessions complement the framework for cultivating personal development.

Usually a steering committee is installed to monitor the development process continously. Phenomena, surprises and resistance can be controlled and responded to without delay.
