My profile is defined by guidelines and the specific way how I design development processes and escort those to their ultimate goals. People have said my coaching style is my own personal trademark. I have left my own personal stamp on things.

This has a lot to do with the core principles of my work: differentiation, integration and balance of PERSON and FUNCTION.
